  • Can I bring an outside doctor's prescription?

    Yes, you may bring an outside doctor's prescription, and we will make glasses according to the parameters on the prescription.

  • Does the exam for eyeglasses include a contact lens prescription?

    No, the eye examination for eyeglasses only includes the eyeglasses prescription. The contact lens eye examination is $135.

  • Is there any warranty with the $99 single vision package?

    The $2 for 99 frame package does not come with any warranty, but you may purchase one at an additional $25. See a store associate for further details.

  • What is included in the additional warranty?

    If you purchase a warranty, it will include a one-time replacement of frames, lenses or both. The additional warranty does not cover loss. All materials being warranted must be surrendered.

  • How much are progressive lenses?

    Our basic progressive package starts at 2 pair for $224. That includes select frames and plastic progressive lenses. No warranty is included in this price.

  • Is there an exchange policy on eyeglasses?

    Yes, eyeglasses can be returned or exchanged once within 30 days with a restocking fee.

  • How long does it take for a complete pair of eyeglasses to be ready?

    In most cases, it takes 7-10 business days for your eyeglasses to be ready.

  • Do you accept walk-in appointments or only scheduled appointments?

    We welcome walk-in appointments, but do recommend scheduling an appointment to better suit your schedule and to guarantee availability.

  • How much is a contact lens eye examination?

    The contact lens eye examination is $135.

  • How often do I have to get a contact lens eye examination?

    You must renew your contact lens prescription annually.
