Picking up frames and the glasses were smooth as well. Associate explains all the questions with patience.

The staff here was super friendly and helpful. Dr. O’Connell was also very insightful and made sure I understood what she was telling me. I felt as though she was caring for my eye health on a personal level. There was also very minimal wait time for my appointment. Looking forward to coming back.

I have been their customer since the store opened. As opposed to a chain store, much attention is given to given to each customer. The optometrists who work there have consistently being great ! Very helpful and accommodating staff who do everything to make you feel welcome!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. O'Connell and it was the best eye doctor experience i've ever had. I've been wearing glasses for the last 13 years and this was the first time I felt like a doctor genuinely tried to find my prescription and worked with me to make sure I was happy and healthy. I didn't feel like I was being oversold things by the staff and I was an actual patient, not $. Will definitely be returning!

I started going to New York Optical after moving to the area a few years ago. My experience there has always been very positive. The doctor and opticians are friendly and knowledgeable. The staff will also let you know what frames are available through your insurance plan and how much you can apply toward contact lenses.
